Regular Adult - $30
Silver Life Subscribing - $75
(Ten annual installments of $75)
Silver Life - $750
Prison Membership - $12
   
Regular Youth - $15
Youth w/o Crisis Magazine - $10
Junior Life Subscribing (under 14) - $25
(Four annual installments of $25)
Bronze Life (14-20) - $400
Bronze Life Subscribing (14-20) - $50
(Eight annual installments of $50)
